Please be aware that all returns are subject to EOTechGear's Return Conditions. Items must be returned in NEW condition (i.e., not used, opened, broken or tested), in the original manufacturer’s packaging, and with all original contents included. All exchanges and returns require the completion of a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form. Once completed, please return the merchandise immediately as the RMA is valid for 10 days from the date issued, or 30 days from the receipt of the product, whichever is longer. We highly recommend insuring goods for their full value and safely wrapping items to prevent shipping damage. Charges associated with returning items are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arriveddefective, incorrect, or broken. One of the advantages of shopping with EOTechGear is that we do not charge sales tax on orders shipping outside of Illinois. As required by law, sales tax is applied to all purchases shipping to an Illinois address at the local rate of 8.75%. If your order is subject to Illinois sales tax, the tax amount and the total will be shown during online checkout. To lessen international brokerage fees, please choose UPS Worldwide Expedited, UPS Worldwide Express, UPS Worldwide Saver, USPS Priority Mail International or USPS Express Mail International. EOTechGear allows returns on international orders for an exchange or refund within 30 days of merchandise receipt. All exchanges and returns require the completion of a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form that is only active for 10 days from the date of submission. Please promptly ship the product back to us to meet this timeframe. In addition, please note EOTechGear is not responsible for any shipping charges incurred in returning the merchandise to us or for any shipping charges associated with your new order.

EOTechGear provides Free Ground Shipping shipping to the contiguous 48 states on most orders over $29.95. EOTechGear also proudly offers FREE USPS Priority Mail shipping to all U.S. Military APO/FPO/DPO addresses on most orders over $29.95. For your convenience, most orders under $29.95 within the contiguous 48 states are charged a flat $6.99 UPS shipping fee for UPS Ground service or the applicable USPS charge as calculated by our website.
Competitive shipping rates apply on all shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, U.S. Virgin Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, and U.S. Minor Outlying Islands).
